    上餐馆必点的金沙软壳蟹,其实在家也能炒出一样的好味道。

    Step 1

    把软壳蟹每只切成两块,加入蛋黄拌均。Cut soft shell crabs into half and add in egg yolk to mix.

    Step 2

    把软壳蟹沾上混合粉料, 然后以中火炸至金黄酥脆,滴干油。Coat soft shell crabs with flour mixture. Deep-fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden and crispy. Remove and drain from oil.

    牛油煮溶,爆香蒜茸、咖哩叶及指天椒。Melt butter in heated wok, sauté garlic, curry leaves and bird’

    加入家乐金沙咸蛋粉,炒至发泡后加入调味料。Add in KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder. Fry until bubbly. Add seasoning to mix.

    Step 5

    最后把软壳蟹加入,炒匀即可盛出,趁热食用。Put in the pre-fried soft shell crabs. Stir and toss until well combined. Dish out and serve immediately.
